The Plan Commission is the Village's offical planning body established under State statute and is responsible for master planning activities. The Plan Commission recommends to the Village Board on a variety of land development issues including zoning map changes, revisions in the zoning ordinance, subdivison approvals, new businesses and changes to businesses.

The Plan Commission meets on the last Tuesday of the month at the Wales Community Building. The meetings starts at 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise noted in the posted agenda.
