Recording Notification Service

Notice 10-15-2026 : October 24, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the Wales Community Center, 216 West South Street. You can drop off unused and expired prescriptions and over the counter items. This open to everyone.

The Recording Notification Service is a free resource that allows property owners to receive email alerts when documents are recorded affecting registered Waukesha County property. This service can provide an early warning of potential property fraud.
